If you provide us with your application documents and personal data, you consent to the collection, storage and use of the data in our IT systems as part of the application process. Likewise, by submitting your online application, you consent to our communicating with you by unencrypted e-mail in the application process, such as confirming receipt by unencrypted e-mail. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter a and letter b DSGVO.

You can revoke your consent at any time by e-mail to the e-mail addresses given in the advertisement with effect for the future.

Rights of the data subjects

In accordance with the DSGVO and the BDSG, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transfer. If you wish to assert your rights, you can contact our HR department directly. Further information, for example about data processing when visiting our website, can be found in our privacy policy. Your data will be deleted 6 months after completion of the application process, provided that there are no legal retention periods to the contrary, or - in the case of a recruitment - transferred to the personnel administration of Rotho. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) DSGVO. The retention of your application in the applicant pool or the forwarding of your application documents within the companies of the Rotho Group requires your separate consent.
