  • Don't forget your high school transcripts and an aptitude test (Multicheck/Basic Check).
  • Make sure there are no spelling errors in the application.

What happens after the application?

Acknowledgement of receipt

We will confirm receipt of your application by e-mail and then review your application.

Interview

After reviewing the application documents, we invite suitable applicants to an interview with the head of vocational training and the vocational trainer.

Interview tips:

  • Find out in advance about Rotho and the training occupation that interests you.
  • Allow enough time for arrival and show up on time.
  • Take a notepad and writing materials with you for the interview.
  • Turn off the cell phone during the call.
  • Don't hesitate to ask if you don't understand technical terms or foreign words.

Trial apprenticeship

If both you and Rotho are still interested after the interview, we will invite you to a trial apprenticeship. There you will have the opportunity to get to know the chosen profession and the team.

Decision

If we have convinced each other during the mutual meeting, then nothing more stands in the way of an apprenticeship contract.
